The Lynchburg Police Department is attempting to locate a missing 15-year-old juvenile.
Dakera Skinner, 15, was last seen in Lynchburg on Oct. 13.
She is 5’2” tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a white spaghetti-strap shirt and black and white pants.
Her family is concerned for her safety and well-being.
