Augusta County Animal Control was notified on March 23 that one horse and one pony had been placed in a field on private property east of Churchville. The owner of the property has been trying to find the owner(s) of the horse and pony with no luck.
If you are missing these animals, please call Augusta County Animal Control and identify them. If the owners do not come forward within 10 days of this announcement, Animal Control will proceed with the proper legal steps for adoption.
