Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton to take stage at 2015 Greenbrier Classic Concert Series

lambert sheltonMiranda Lambert and Blake Shelton will perform on Friday, July 3 as part of the 2015 Greenbrier Classic Concert Series, coinciding with the sixth annual Greenbrier Classic, June 29 – July 5 at The Greenbrier, the classic American resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.
Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert is the reigning six-time ACM Female Vocalist of the Year. She is the most awarded solo female in ACM history with 23 Awards. Her fifth album, Platinum, made history when it debuted atop Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, making Miranda the first country artist in the 50-year history of the chart to have each of her first five albums debut at # 1. She recently was awarded “Best Country Album” by the Grammy Awards for her current album, Platinum.
Country Music Association “Entertainer of the Year,” Grammy nominee and the reigning five-time CMA Awards Male Vocalist of the Year, Blake Shelton recently released BRINGING BACK THE SUNSHINE, his 11th studio album on Warner Bros. Records. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and Country Albums charts. Sunshine includes the singles, “Neon Light” and “Lonely Tonight” featuring Ashley Monroe, which became Shelton’s 13th and 14th consecutive No. 1 singles, the most by any country artist in the modern era giving him a total of 19 No. 1 singles. Joining the ranks of the Grand Ole Opry in 2010, Shelton has earned a host of awards and nominations throughout his career. He returns as a coach for his eighth season of NBC’s Emmy Award-winning reality competition series, The Voice, this spring after celebrating his fourth win as a coach last season with contestant Craig Wayne Boyd.

Lambert will kick off the 2015 Greenbrier Classic Concert Series at 8:00 PM and Shelton will round out the star-studded evening beginning at 9:30 PM.

Admission to the Miranda Lambert & Blake Shelton concert is included with the purchase of a weekly Greenbrier Classic tournament badge, which is priced from $129 per person.
