A Mental Health First Aid training is being offered May 2 at Mary Baldwin University in Staunton from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The training is free thanks to support from the Virginia Department of Behaviorial Health and Development Services and MBU. Pre-registration is required.
A person you know could be experiencing a mental health problem or substance use problem. Learn an action plan to help.
