A meet and greet for Sixth District Democratic Party congressional nominee Sam Rasoul is on the schedule for tonight at 6 p.m. at 250 Central Cafe just west of Waynesboro.
The meet and greet is being hosted by the Augusta County Democratic Committee.
Rasoul will be on hand from 6-7:30 p.m. to engage with voters and answer questions on the 2008 campaign.

I’m writing this from a bench in the 30th Street Amtrak station in Philly, so, not only not even home yet, but as I’m putting thoughts to tablet, I just got out of the Uber that drove past the Xfinity Mobile Center, where our 30-win UVA Basketball season ended 15 hours ago.
All that work that we did to put an ever-so-slightly left-of-center majority on the Waynesboro City Council over the past two election cycles, and the reward for us is: they’re still letting the MAGA do-nothings run the city.
