Leadership Harrisonburg-Rockingham is overseen by Leadership alumni and administered by the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce.  “This is one of the larger classes in recent memory and is a testament to the Leadership program’s continuous improvement and it value to emerging leaders of our community” according to Melissa Fortner, LHR Co-Chair and VP of Supportive Living at VMRC. Now in its 34th year, the program has produced more than 900 graduates, many of whom hold key positions in local business, government and the community today.
