And now to add to the tapestry that is trying to figure out where Tim Kaine is on Barack Obama’s short-short VP list …
Anne Holton Kaine and Tim Kaine are hosting an evening with Barack Obama benefiting the Obama Victory Fund on Wednesday, Aug. 6, at the Harrison Opera House in Norfolk.
Doors open at 6 p.m. on the fund-raiser, which also features a special performance by musician Bruce Hornsby.
VIP tickets are $2,500 (includes VIP reception, priority seating and photograph). Other packages include a $1,000 ticket that gives you priority seating and a photograph, $250 tickets for the orchestra section and $100 for what we could call more general admission.
