His effective administrative skills will facilitate efficient school operations and student academic achievement. He will also be an excellent role model for our students,” said Renae Deffenbaugh, principal of Westwood Hills Elementary School.
Dr. Jeffrey Cassell, superintendent of Waynesboro Public Schools, stated, “Mr. Herndon, along with Mrs. Deffenbaugh, will provide a strong leadership and instructional team for the students, staff, and parents of the Westwood Hills community. We are excited about the combination of instructional experiences and leadership abilities each of them share.”
