Ty Jerome, one of the better stories in the NBA through the first two months of the 2024-2025 season, had 26 points in 28 minutes off the bench for Cleveland in a 122-108 win over Toronto on Sunday.
Jerome, a sixth-year NBA veteran and UVA Basketball alum, was 9-of-14 from the floor, 4-of-8 from three-point range and had six assists for the Cavaliers (17-1).
The 6’5” guard is averaging 12.6 points per game, shooting 59.7 percent from the floor and 54.4 percent from three this season.
Over his last four games, Jerome is averaging 22.3 points and 5.0 assists per game.

- Jay Huff had 14 points and five rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench for Memphis in a 142-131 win at Chicago on Saturday night. Huff is averaging 9.4 points per game this season, shooting 56.4 percent from the floor and 45.3 percent from three, for the Grizzlies (10-7).
- Reece Beekman had back-to-back big nights for the Santa Cruz Warriors, the G League affiliate of the Golden State Warriors, over the weekend, scoring 13 points and dishing out seven assists in a 101-99 loss to the Salt Lake City Stars on Friday, and scoring 12 points with six assists in a 135-102 loss to the Stars on Saturday.
- One other: Mamadi Diakite, who plays for the Valley Suns, the G League affiliate of the Phoenix Suns, had 26 points and 12 boards in a 136-125 win over the Rip City Remix on Friday.
