Hillary for Virginia announces campus registration drives

Contributors

hillary clintonHillary for Virginia announced the launch of a campus voter registration drive with events on college and university campuses across the Commonwealth.

These efforts are part of the Clinton campaign’s nationwide effort to register and commit 3 million Americans to vote for Democrats this November. At the events, students and volunteers will highlight Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine’s agenda to make debt-free college available to all Americans and to create an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top, which stands in stark contrast with Donald Trump’s dangerous policies and divisive rhetoric.

From now through November, the Hillary for Virginia campaign will connect with students through in-person organizing events and via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Medium and use these platforms to recruit campaign volunteers, share information about events, and engage with communities.  Follow the hashtags #VirWINia and #CamPUSHit for updates on Hillary for Virginia’s statewide campus organizing activities and campaign events. Voters can check their registration status or register to vote by visiting www.iwillvote.com.
