Leader Training for the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) is scheduled for August 14, 15, 21 & 22 from 9:00 – 4:30 at Price Rotary Senior Center, 305 South Dogwood Drive in Harrisonburg. Note that the dates have been changed from the previous announcement to accommodate the scheduled of several people who wanted to attend and could not participate in July.
