A Front Royal motorcyclist died from injuries sustained in a crash in Warren County on Saturday.

Tragically, neither the driver, Dawn R. Bolton, 55, nor her 2021 Harley-Davidson motorcycle  were visible from the roadway, and the accident was not discovered until Monday, according to a report from Virginia State Police.

Per VSP, it appears the crash occurred sometime between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on June 21.

Bolton would have been traveling south on Eldridge Drive when her motorcycle ran off the right side of the roadway and collided with a tree.

The crash remains under investigation.
