Four-star big man Jay Huff verbally commits to UVA

uva basketballJay Huff, a 6’10” forward from Voyager Academy in Durham, N.C., has verbally committed to UVA for the Class of 2016.

Duke had been considered the favorite for Huff, the 12th-ranked power forward in the 2016 class, according to 247Sports.

Huff, a stretch four, joins a stellar recruiting class for Virginia coach Tony Bennett that includes guards Kyle Guy and Tyler Jerome and forward Sacha Killeya-Jones.
