Felony arrests for meth possession, child endangerment in Waynesboro

Kelli Rae TalleyWaynesboro Police executed a narcotics search warrant at 235 Port Republic Road at around 10:30 pm Monday night that led to three arrests.

Members of the department SWAT Team executed the raid and detained three adults while the residence was searched for narcotics. As a result of evidence found at the scene, Kelly Talley, 45 years of age and the owner of the residence, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor child endangerment after police found drugs and paraphernalia in the same room where Talley was found with her infant granddaughter.

The department of Social Services was contacted and the infant was released to its mother.
