Emma Leigh inks deal with Lee Cherry Entertainment

emma leighEmma Leigh and Lee Cherry Entertainment have made a deal to promote and service “Daddy’s Gonna Kill Him” the new single from the Virginia-based country artist to Global Radio.

Emma’s single has been made easily available to radio stations globally at AirPlayAccess.com. The single will officially drop to radio on October 1, 2014.

Although labeled as country, Emma considers herself a mainstream artist, entertaining her audiences with original music that reflects her unique style and generation. Emma’s sound is a mixture of contemporary and alt­country, layered with blues, and topped with a soulful voice.

The lyrics of Emma’s songs are sometimes playful, sometimes tender, and sometimes strong; but always let the listener know she’s in charge.

Emma released her sophomore, self­titled EP in August 2014. Six original songs reveal Emma’s vocal versatility and songwriting ability. The songs exemplify today’s pop­country culture with a twist. Emma has put together an EP with songs that she believes is the new sound of country music. On October 1, 2014,

Emma’s debut single “Daddy’s Gonna Kill Him” dropped to Country radio.

Emma’s current focus is on growing her 3,000+ fan base by playing major music venues in her home state of Virginia and surrounding areas. As of August 2014, Emma has already appeared on stage as the official opener for Justin Moore in August 2014, the Virginia State Fair in October 2013 & 2014, and the main stage at numerous other fairs/festivals providing entertainment for music lovers everywhere.
