dan moxleyRepublican Dan Moxley was endorsed today by Greene County Board of Supervisors member, Rev. Eddie Deane, for the 24th State Senate District’s Republican nomination. Deane also pastors a church in Rockingham County.

“I would like take this moment to speak as an advocate for (Dan Moxley), for Virginia State Senate,” Deane said. “As a local Board of Supervisors member for Greene County, I was extremely impressed and thrilled that a man with such integrity was eager to serve our state.”

Moxley responded by saying, “I am grateful to be endorsed by a local pastor and respected leader in the community.  In both capacities, Eddie has demonstrated that he cares about the issues that affect us every day on the county level and across the state.  His support speaks to our shared interest in the wellbeing of the people of the Commonwealth.”

Deane finished by saying, “I am also a minister for a local church and speaking from that stand point, I believe that Mr. Moxley (will) seek to hold the traditions and constitution of our Founding Fathers.”
