Today, Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli’s campaign and political action committee, Liberty Now, released their fundraising numbers for the first six months of 2011.
The numbers show a strong grassroots fundraising effort by Cuccinelli’s political operation. A total of over $446,000 was raised from over 2400 individual donations with over 750 new donors.
“I am proud to report that individuals from across Virginia have been deeply supportive of Attorney General Cuccinelli’s leadership in defending liberty, preserving the Constitution and protecting Virginians” said Cuccinelli spokesman Noah Wall.
“Today’s strong fundraising numbers prove that grassroots activists around the state stand with the attorney general, support our efforts to elect conservatives in this year’s State Senate elections and defend against attacks from the left.”
Total cash on hand for the two committees is $444,000.
