Credit union launches title-services subsidiary

AFP

The Waynesboro-based DuPont Community Credit Union has formed a new wholly-owned subsidiary that will provide title services for real-estate transactions. DCCU Title Services will provide insurance products for residential and commercial clients – including secure document exchanges with lenders and settlement agents and 24-hour access to the status of title-insurance orders.

DCCU Title Services is located in the credit union’s Riverside office in Waynesboro.

“We are happy to now be able to offer title insurance for our area,” said Leanne Dietz, DCCU Title Services director. “We look forward to working with local real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to provide this important service.”

For more information about DCCU Title Services, you can contact Dietz at [email protected] or on the web at www.dccutitle.com. You can also call 540.942.0026.
