Charlottesville: Sunday fire damages Virginia Avenue home, displaces 13 UVA students

A structure fire at a home on Virginia Avenue in Charlottesville has displaced 13 UVA students.

No injuries were reported in the 1:30 p.m. Sunday fire, according to the Charlottesville Fire Department.

The residence sustained “significant structural damage,” according to a report from the CFD.

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire.
