All Chronic Disease Self Management Education leaders were invited to attend the Leader Reunion and Refresher on October 2 at the Price Rotary Senior Center.
Leaders who attended enjoyed dinner and a chance to visit with other leaders as well as activities designed to refresh and improve core skills. A special thanks to Aramark for donating a large portion of the dinner and to Beth Bland for securing the donation.
There will be another Leader Reunion and Refresher in the SAW Region in the spring with a goal of having at least two events each year as one way to continue to provide support and express appreciation for CDSME leaders.
