Cadence appoints new VP of manufacturing

Cadence Inc. announced that Jack Abato has joined the company as vice president of manufacturing at its Staunton facility.

In this position, Abato will serve as a key member of Cadence’s executive team and will be responsible for managing the manufacturing facility at Cadence’s headquarters.

Abato graduated from Osaka University in Japan and spent 10 months with Panasonic before heading back to the States. For the last 25 years he has had the opportunity to run manufacturing plants in five states and three countries (including McQuay International in Verona). These plants have produced everything from bullet proof windows to medical devices. Abato brings a wealth of manufacturing knowledge and leadership experience to Cadence. Abato is excited to return to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
