Six police officers involved in the death of a 25-year-old Baltimore man last month face charges ranging from false imprisonment to second-degree murder.
Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby announced Friday morning that her office’s review of the case led to the determination that probable cause exists to charge the officers in the April 12 incident that led to the death of Freddie Gray a week later.
Gray’s death was ruled a homicide.
The investigation also determined that the arrest of Gray was illegal.
