BRCC hosts panel discussion about Shenandoah National Park’s creation

brcc-headerAs part of its Appalachian Heritage Arts Series, Blue Ridge Community College is planning a panel discussion about the creation and history of the Shenandoah National Park on Friday, September 26, at 7 p.m. in the Plecker Center auditorium.

Panelists for the discussion entitled “The Displacement of Families and the Shenandoah National Park” include Katrina M. Powell from Virginia Tech, Sue Eisenfeld from The Johns Hopkins University and Jim Northrup and Claire Comer from Shenandoah National Park.
