Benefit concert to aid local homeless

Local band The Legendary Alice Creeper will be hosting the fourth annual Creeperfest on Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Staunton Eagles Club on Old Greenville Road. Proceeds from the event will go to Fishersville United Methodist Church to aid local homeless.

Ten local bands will be taking part in the benefit concert. Concert-goers can donate money, canned food items and clothing items such as jackets, gloves and hats.
