ben clineBen Cline announced today that his Sixth District Republican congressional nomination campaign had raised over $112,000 during the first quarter of 2018.

In total, the Cline campaign has raised over $220,000 through March 31st. Nearly 70% of donors reside in the Sixth District and the campaign has a cash on hand of over $59,000.

“Over the past five months, I have traveled to every corner of the Sixth District meeting with voters who are angry with the status quo in Washington,” said Cline. “Our strong, grassroots support proves they want a battle-tested conservative who’s ready on day one to fight for their values in Congress. I have the experience to do just that and I’ll be working tirelessly to earn the support of all delegates.”

“Ben is the only candidate in this race who’s ready to step in on day one and go to work immediately defending the Constitution from those who seek to destroy it in Washington,” said Nick Collette, campaign manager. “He will oppose the special interests that plague Washington because that’s exactly what he’s done in Richmond, even if it means fighting members of his own party. Our strong fundraising numbers put us in a great position to win on May 19th at the Republican convention at JMU.”
