The Adult Care Center in Winchester will host a “Beach Party Brunch n Bid” Sunday, June 1st at the Winchester Moose Lodge.
Doors open at 11:30 for silent auction bidding. Mimosas and Bloody Marys will be available for sale at a cash bar. Brunch will be served at 12:30.
Silent auction bidding concludes at 1:30, followed by a live auction including a Caribbean Cruise for 2, and tickets to the Redskins preseason game August 7th against the New England Patriots.
Music entertainment will be provided by local artist Jeffrey Walker, who has performed with famed singer Patti Labelle.
The Sonny Shiley Volunteer of the year award winners Louisa Poulin, RN (2013), and Marilyn Hamilton, RN (2014) will also be honored.
All proceeds benefit the Adult Care Center, a private, non-profit adult day health care serving persons with Alzheimer’s disease and others requiring supervised care.
