A Fishersville man is in custody on charges involving a reported sexual assault of a juvenile.
Christopher J. Hoover, 44, was arrested on April 26. The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office just released news of the arrest on Thursday.
The sheriff’s office launched an investigation into a reported incident involving Hoover and a juvenile on April 17.
Hoover is being held without bond at the Middle River Regional Jail.
