Authorities in Augusta County are searching for a Grottoes teen runaway who may have gone to North Carolina.
Sierra Marie Churchwell, 16, was last seen at her Grottoes home on July 5.
She is 5’5”, 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
