AFP to lead seminar giving tips on how you can stretch your marketing dollars

Stretch your marketing dollars with well-written and well-timed news releases and more. Use inexpensive or free public relations and marketing through news releases and social-networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to reach existing and new customers and clients with your messages.

Those will be among the topics at Friday’s Business Smarts series event at National College, 1515 Country Club Road, Harrisonburg.

The event runs from 7:30-8:30 a.m.

Presenter Chris Graham is the editor and co-owner of Augusta Free Press Publishing, which publishes the monthly New Dominion Magazine and the daily Augusta Free Press Online.

Business Smarts meet on the 2nd Friday of every month for networking opportunities and guest presentations on a variety of topics. The series is sponsored by the SV SBDC, the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce, and the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE).
