Virginia’s upset of Pitt last weekend ruined what would have been a Top 20 ACC Football matchup between Clemson and Pitt this weekend.

As it is, Clemson (7-2, 6-1 ACC), ranked #20, is facing what feels like an elimination game on Saturday at Pitt (7-2, 3-2 ACC), which fell out of the national rankings with its 24-19 loss to UVA last weekend.

#13 SMU (8-1, 5-0 ACC) sits atop the ACC Football standings. The Mustangs host Boston College (5-4, 2-3 ACC), which just found out that former starting QB Thomas Castellanos is headed to the transfer portal after being benched last week in the 37-31 win over Syracuse.

BC coach Bill O’Brien announced this week that Grayson Young will be the starter for the SMU game.

#12 Miami (9-1, 5-1 ACC) is idle this weekend.
