On Wednesday, May 7, the members of the Waynesboro City Council (Mayor Bruce Allen, Vice Mayor Tim Williams, Councilman Mke Harris, Councilman Frank Lucente, and Councilman Jeff Freeman), may attend a presentation of the crozet tunnel given by Allen Hale, Nelson County Supervisor, at 10 a.m. in Council Chambers, 503 West Main Street, Waynesboro.
The tour of the tunnel will follow the presentation around 11:00 am and folks will be shuttled to the trailhead in shifts, depending on the number of people attending.
