CAPSAW’s Valley VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program will open Tuesday, Feb. 5. IRS-certified volunteers will provide free tax preparation services to qualifying taxpayers with a taxable income of $51,000 or less.
Sites are located at the Booker T. Washington Center in Staunton and the Stuarts Draft High School Media Center in Stuarts Draft. Sites operate on Tuesday or Thursday nights.
