Robert Beach has been located and is safe, according to an update from the Lynchburg Police Department.
Robert Beach was last seen leaving Lynchburg General Hospital on Tate Springs Road at approximately 5 a.m.
He is considered missing and endangered due to an undisclosed medical condition.
Beach is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds.
Police officers are actively searching for Beach at this time.
