Romi Levy drained a three with 13 seconds left to put Virginia on top, and the ‘Hoos got stops in the final seconds to finish off the 74-72 upset at #8 Louisville on Sunday.

Huge, huge win for the Cavaliers (19-8, 11-5 ACC, NET: 37), who recorded their second Quad 1 win of the 2025-2026 season.

Louisville (24-5, 11-2 ACC, NET: 9) had to go most of the way without Tajianna Roberts, the team’s leading scorer (11.8 ppg in 2025-2026), who left the game in the first quarter with a left leg injury.

Elif Istanbulluoglu (9.4 ppg coming in) stepped up for the Cardinals, scoring 20 points

Levy had 15 points (6-of-9 FG, 3-of-5 3FG) for UVA, which got 15 points from Kymora Johnson and 14 points and eight assists from Paris Clark.

Massive, massive dub for this Virginia team.
