A Virginia Beach man is dead following an accident on Dam Neck Road on July 25.
Brian Rupert, 52, died on Saturday, due to injuries sustained in the crash.
The two-car accident occurred at 9:25 p.m. in the 3800 block of Dam Neck Road, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
No details on the accident were provided. Rupert was the driver of one of the vehicles and was transported to a local hospital for injuries.
The crash is under investigation by the VBPD traffic safety unit.
