Waynesboro Police apprehend man wanted in multiple vehicle larcenies in the city

A suspect in multiple vehicle break-ins in Waynesboro was arrested at the Dollar General on Rosser Avenue Wednesday. And good news for anyone who may have had their belongings stolen, police recovered numerous items during the arrest.

Waynesboro Police officers were called to assist Augusta County Sheriff’s deputies in the arrest.

Zachary Tres Bozga, 23, with no fixed address, was charged with the following offenses:

  • Grand Larceny- Auto § 18.2-95
  • Credit Card Larceny (2 counts)- § 18.2-192 (F)
  • Enter a Vehicle to Commit a Crime (2 counts)– § 18.2-147 (M)
  • Petit Larceny (2 counts) – § 18.2-96
  • Damage Property <$1,000 – § 18.2-137 (M)
  • ID Theft – § 18.2-186.3 (M)

Bozga has been released on an unsecured bond.
