Harrisonburg Police Department invites community to free cookout

The Harrisonburg Police Department is hosting a Cookout with a Cop event on Wednesday, Aug. 10, from 4-7 p.m. The event will be held at the top of Ralph Sampson Park at 431 E. Washington Street.

Join the HPD for food, drinks and ice cream. They will also have a bounce house, vehicle displays and animal control information.

This is a free community event.

No registration is required.
