Contributors

Virginia Cider FestivalValley Pike Farm Market will host a Virginia Cider Festival featuring 17 Virginia craft cideries with more than 50 individual ciders on Saturday, July 21st at Valley Pike Farm Market in Weyers Cave to benefit Mercy House.

Mercy House is a local non-profit that fights to reduce poverty and homelessness in the Shenandoah Valley while working to provide services, education, and assistance to prevent future homelessness for families within the area. Mercy House has been prominent within our community for 30 years as of this year, and the Virginia Cider Festival will commemorate the impact it has had on the families in the Valley.

A portion of all proceeds from the Virginia Cider Festival at Valley Pike Farm Market will directly benefit Mercy House and the families that they support.

The Festival will take place from 11am to 5pm with concerts from Mike Davis, Thieves of Burden, and Strong Water throughout, and a closing evening concert featuring The Barons will begin at 5:30pm.

Tickets are available online at www.valleypikefarmmarket.com, and tickets include (10) four ounce tastings, a commemorative glass, and access to all four concerts.

Additional tastings may be prepurchased online.
