The Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library Foundation announced last week that six members have joined its Board of Trustees: Dr. Bryan LeBeau of Leavenworth Kansas; Janet Marks of Monterey Massachusetts; Hillel Maximon also of Monterey Massachusetts; Harry Warthen of Manakin-Sabot, Virginia; and General Theodore G. VDOT: New Route 704 bridge in Rockingham County now open

The Virginia Department of Transportation has opened the new Cooks Creek bridge on Route 704 (Oakwood Drive) in Rockingham County near the town of Bridgewater. Traffic was shifted onto the new span this week, three months ahead of schedule.
