Valley Program for Aging Services and the Central Shenandoah Unit of the Medical Reserve Corps, Virginia Department of Health will partner to offer “Know Your Numbers” blood pressure screening and education in June. The events are free to anyone, and will include refreshments and giveaways.

SaraJane McDonald Debuts on May Radio Hour

The very talented young country singer SaraJane McDonald will make her River City Radio Hour debut in May. She will combine her talents with the Boogie Kings and Marsha Howard to provide a fast-paced and entertaining hour at WTA’s Gateway on Friday, May 17. The one-hour performances are at 6:30 and 8:00.
