Staunton Downtown Development Association hosts Todd Barman from the National Trust Main Street Center

On Wednesday, May 1 through Friday, May 3, Todd Barman, sponsored by Virginia Main Street will visit Staunton to tour the Downtown Service District and host a variety of meetings with the SDDA stakeholders, Economic Development Committee, Board, and economic development partners to evaluate the District and do some strategic planning and education about succession planning for business owners and trainers.

(Hamilton Beach) products.

The seventh-ranked Virginia baseball team finished off a three-game series sweep of fifth-ranked Florida State with a 5-2 victory Sunday afternoon in front of a capacity crowd at Davenport Field. Virginia (35-6, 16-5) outscored the Seminoles 16-4 and did not trail in the series in recording the program’s first-ever three-game series sweep against FSU (31-9, 13-8).

The seventh-ranked Virginia baseball team swept a doubleheader against fifth-ranked Florida State Saturday at Davenport Field, running away with a 9-2 victory in game one before one-hitting the Seminoles, 2-0, in the nightcap. Virginia (34-6, 15-5 ACC) swept a doubleheader for the first time in program history against Florida State (31-8, 13-7) while clinching its sixth ACC series win in seven tries this year.
