The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce has named an interim president. Richard “Dick” Morin will serve in the position until a new president is named, the chamber announced today. Morin replaces James Berg, who stepped down for undisclosed reasons on Aug. 18. Morin’s appointment is effective Thursday.
