The Fredericksburg Nationals have unveiled their new team jerseys and their official Mary Washington logo at an event celebrating Mary Washington’s 311th birthday at her former home in Downtown Fredericksburg.

With the 2019 season concluded, Fredericksburg Baseball is set to open its new stadium in Fredericksburg in April 2020.

“One of the things we like to say about the Rappahannock is that it’s really a couple of rivers in one,” said Lawton Clites, a Fredericksburg kayaker who first paddled the river 17 years ago.

Fredericksburg Baseball announced that Andrew Mullins of Fredericksburg reserved the 1,000th season ticket, and will receive one full season ticket for the 2020 season at no cost.

Fredericksburg Baseball kicked off sales of season tickets on Dec. 1st with its “Founders Club” event held in historic Market Square.
