With Good Reason, a radio show and podcast produced by Virginia Humanities, releases “The Birthplace of American Spirits,” an episode that connects the present to the past with an exploration of little-known stories of Virginia spirits – from a 19th-century julep recipe to an event that draws “women who whiskey.” Later in the show, hear about the holiday foods consumed by multicultural families.
