What are your Virginia coaches getting paid in 2016?

virginia footballCurious what an offensive coordinator costs a mid-level college program? New Virginia offensive coordinator Robert Anae will be paid $550,000 in 2016.

The Daily Progress in Charlottesville reported on the salaries being paid to the staff of new UVA head coach Bronco Mendenhall, who will make $3.25 million in 2016.

 

Virginia coach salaries: More details

  • Former ECU coach Ruffin McNeil, hired to assistant head coach and inside linebackers coach, will be paid $450,000.
  • Defensive coordinator Nick Howell will make $400,000.
  • Offensive line coach Garett Tujague will make $350,000.
  • Special teams coordinator Kelly Poppinga and quarterbacks coach John Beck will each be paid $300,000.
  • Running backs coach Mark Atuaia will make $250,000.
  • Wide receivers coach Marques Hagans, the lone holdover from the Mike London regime, will be paid $175,000.
  • Defensive line coach Shane Hunter will make $150,000.
