The Waynesboro Public Library begins a new season of Midday Music at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5 with singer-songwriter Kristen Hughes. The free hour-long performance includes a light lunch.
Hughes will perform original alternative rock songs and covers with vocals, electric guitar and a loop pedal. She released her first EP, Weeping Willow, in 2017.
Adult services librarian Rebecca Lamb says, “We are so excited to bring Kristen Hughes to Midday Music for the first time. She is a wonderful example of the up-and-coming regional music scene.”
