wlogo2Jake Johnson was dominant on the mound, and his Charles Town Cannons took an easy 6-1 decision over the Waynesboro Generals on Saturday.

Johnson went eight innings, allowing one run on three hits to improve his 2013 record to 2-2.

The Generals were only able to scratch across a single run in the second inning on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Alex Mortensen (sophomore, Nebraska-Omaha).

The pregame show on 550AM begins at 6:30 p.m. with host Chris Graham and Generals head coach Mike Bocock. First pitch is at 7 p.m.
