Wayne Theatre Summer Movie Series need sponsors

wayne theatreThe Wayne Theatre is showing a series of movies this summer and looking for sponsors for individual screenings to continue to offer the shows “Pay What You Will” all summer long.

Sponsorships are generally $250 per film though “rights” to films vary.

Thanks to Farm Credit, Mosquito Squad and Waynesboro Nurseries for partnering with the Wayne.

Monday at the Movies – Classic Movies – 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

  • June 27: The African Queen (1951)
  • July 11: A Raisin in the Sun (1961)
  • July 18: Rear Window (1954)
  • July 25: The Third Man (1949)
  • August 1: A Fistful of Dollars (1964)
  • August 8: Sunset Boulevard (1950)

Wednesdays – Family Movie Series – 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

  • June 29: Toy Story
  • July 6: Fly Away Home
  • July 13: Antz sponsored by MOSQUITO SQUAD
  • July 20: Babe sponsored by FARM CREDIT
  • July 27: Shrek
  • August 3: High School Musical 3

Fridays – Cult Movie Series – 8 p.m.

  • July 1: Monty Python and The Holy Grail sponsored by WAYNESBORO NURSERIES
  • July 8: Pulp Fiction
  • July 15: Napoleon Dynamite
  • July 22: Animal House
  • July 29: Smokey and The Bandit
  • August 5: The Big Lebowski
