Wayne Theatre announces 2016-17 Arts Education Series

wayne theatreA passion for the performing arts can begin at an early age. The Arts Education performances at the Wayne Theatre in Waynesboro offer the opportunity to experience live performing arts.

The mission of this program is to present the best educational theater that engages children in meaningful ways, complements school curricula, and cultivates appreciation of the performing arts.

Study guides are available for most performances.

The Wayne Theatre is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Virginia Commission for the Arts.

  • March 27: Miss Nelson is Missing!
  • April 11: Lyle Lyle Crocodile
  • April 24: The House at Pooh Corner
