Gonzalez (6-8, 4.53 ERA, 1.37 WHIP) gave up a run on three hits in six innings, striking out six and walking two for the Nats (57-38).
Harper (.249/.391/.479, 20 HR, 54 RBI) hit the first of four Nationals homers on the night off Dodgers starter Bud Norris (5-8, 4.53 ERA, 1.42 WHIP), who took the loss, giving up six runs on seven hits in five innings of work, striking out eight and walking one.
Ben Revere (.220/.265/.306, 2 HR, 19 RBI), Jayson Werth (.244/.340/.408, 11 HR, 41 RBI) and Anthony Rendon (.257/.343/.422, 11 HR, 36 RBI) also went deep.
